Adam Brown is Assistant Director of Career and Professional Development at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He previously served as a Staff Attorney at the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals. Before starting with the Court, he spent five years as a defense attorney at the firm of Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff & Johnson in St. Paul. Before that, Adam worked as a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Adam received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2006. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2002, with a B.S. in Communication Arts and Legal Studies. Adam has been an adjunct professor for the UST School of Law in the Mentor Externship Program since 2012. He also is a long-time coach in the school's Moot Court Program, and he serves on the UST School of Law Alumni Board.
